Good luck buying. The ratchet head does have some id markings which was used for my internal inventory system. It has been tested and compared to several different Snap On, Porto Marco torque wrenches at random settings this wrench performed flawlessly.

Don't buy an untested or a torque wrench out of calibration. Laser etching for the torque settings is in great condition too. The chrome finish is very nice with some minor marks. Calibration has been tested and verified in the past 2 years.
