Details:

Knurled handle seems to have an issue. Proto drive torque wrench. Sold as pictured. It turns in until gets to about 250 then tight.

Cosmetically good condition, has some surface rust in spots. I didn't want to force it don't know much about so letting go as-is. Selling this untested, may need re calibration possibly repair. If you know how to work on them you'll probably have yourself an expensive tool for a great price.

Measures 41 long weighs 13lbs. No personal markings or engravings.
