The drive unit is a bit dinged up, and the bezel handle are in good shape. The peak indicator needle seems to work. See photos for cosmetic detail. Wrench seems fully functional and repeatable when checked with a torque tester.

I don't have the means or desire to adjust this wrench, so I'm selling it as is. The crystal over the dial face is a bit faded and scratched but in good shape overall. This wrench has only one scale, 0-50 inch/lbs in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. Precision Instruments 0-50 lbf-in Dial Torque Wrench 1% Accuracy, model: D1F50HMP, The wrench works but is being sold for parts because it not accurate and needs calibration/adjustment.

I found it reading off within a few percent in both directions. There is an engraving on the handle, see photo. The drive is 1/4 square, non-ratcheting.
